Patient Questions

Your provider will give you a custom website address to visit in the comfort and privacy of your own home using your laptop computer, desktop computer, or Ipad. You will enter this address into your browser and login using your first and last name along with your date of birth and last four digits of your social security number. Please see our "How Does it Work?" Patient video. You can also visit our contact us page for more help.
Our proprietary system helps to ensure that you and your doctor on the same proverbial (and literal) page when it comes to your medical procedure. Our system educates you on the medical procedure, the procedure’s risks and benefits, and ensures that you make the best, most informed decision, that you can make regarding your medical procedure. Please see more about this topic on our patients section of the website. In addition, our system lets you take the time that really needs to be taken to fully not only read through a consent to treatment document but also to see a video of your provider explaining the recommended procedure, any alternatives available and the risks and benefits of the procedures in the comforts of your own home in private as opposed to being rushed through an informed consent document in a crowded medical practice waiting room. Please watch our "How Does it Work?" Patient video for more information.

Provider Questions

Based on published median annual incomes for medical surgeons, and the following assumptions: a 40 hour work week, the average time to consent a patient is 30 minutes, and any time not spent on consents would be spent on practice growing activities such as new patient acquisition, our service will add $146.75 per procedure to the firm’s bottom line. That’s a significant $14,675.00 in additional revenue for a clinic that averages 1,000 procedures a month! In addition, our service will significantly decrease your malpractice litigation risk and malpractice related expenses. Please see our "How Does it Work?" Provider video for more information.
